This group has a heart to see God bless, heal and transform the Enfield area, meeting together twice per month to encourage and equip each other. We aim to do this through building good relationships with our neighbours through acts of kindness and local events; praying for God’s blessing on the community and engaging in social action.
If you live or work in Enfield and have a heart to see God bless and transform our community, then the Enfield Neighbourhood Hub group could be the place for you.
We are a group of adults and children committed to being ‘Good News’ in the Enfield Area & this is expressed in the way we live and share our lives locally.
What we do
1. Meeting Together
We meet together once per month:
Second Sunday of each month (10.30am – 12.30pm) to encourage each other and share stories of how God is at work in our lives and that of the community.
2. Social Action
Where we see a need, and can respond, we will. Some of these are on-going and others are one-off events.
We contribute food gifts on a regular monthly basis to the North Enfield Food Bank.
3. Building good relationships in the Community
We believe that God has placed each of us in the streets and neighbourhood in which we live and work. We seek to establish great friendships and be good neighbours to those around us. We want to be ‘Good News’ whether this is in the form of hosting community events, or simply offering a kind word at the right moment.
