MAKING MISSIONAL DISCIPLES
ACROSS ALL GENERATIONS & CULTURES
This year we plan to:

Make disciples through our continuing outreach spaces and courses e.g. Alpha, Wednesday Club

Mature disciples by reviewing our current discipleship pathways and resourcing some new ones
-
Mobilise disciples through the existing spaces where we gather e.g. Life Groups, Missional Communities etc

GROWING MISSIONAL LEADERS
This year we plan to:

Build a team to pray, support and encourage leadership development

Create two leadership pathways

Design a process for identifying leaders

PLANTING NEW WORSHIPPING COMMUNITIES
This year we plan to:

Clarify the values of the St B's group of churches and consider how we relate

Work with our church plants Faith House and OCC to help them establish themselves as self-governing churches

Work with the diocese to consider planting opportunities in the future
4.
SERVING THE WIDER COMMUNITY WITH LOCAL PARTNERS
This year we plan to:

Refocus the work of our community serving initiatives with the new vision to see more lives changed through encountering Jesus

Explore with our partner organisations how we might develop these partnerships to see more lives changed through encountering Jesus

DEVELOPING THE BUILDING AS A MISSIONAL HUB
This year we plan to:

Work towards a new post-covid auditorium, hiring out unused space, developing our new fabric team, replenishing our housing stock and improving our welcome and building aesthetics
6.
PROMOTING A SAFEGUARDING CULTURE
AS WE GROW
This year we plan to:

Employ a part-time safeguarding officer for our group of churches to implement our safeguarding action plan
