Operations Coordinator

St Barnabas is a vibrant charismatic evangelical church, with a very multicultural membership and a dynamic missional outlook. As a Diocese of London resource church, we are positioning ourselves to become a major church-planting and mission centre to reach North London and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity opening up for a high-capacity individual to join our dynamic operations team, a key ministry at St Barnabas at a pivotal time in our journey.

We want our staff team to reflect the diversity of our membership and particularly welcome applications from people of the global majority.  

There is an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 for the applicant to be a committed Christian.

Minister for Oakleigh Community Church

We are seeking a dynamic proven ordained leader to lead Oakleigh Community Church at a significant moment of our journey. Oakleigh is a vibrant charismatic evangelical church-plant, with a multicultural membership and a dynamic missional outlook.   

Oakleigh was planted over 20 years ago with a small team from St Barnabas North London and has since grown to a vibrant community church with over 100 adults and many children and youth. 

We are looking for someone of big faith and remarkable talent to take up the challenge of a key role, that is likely to be formative for the church for the next generation.  

We particularly welcome applications from people of the global majority. Appointments are on merit alone. All post holders will share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
