Minister for Oakleigh Community Church

We are seeking a dynamic proven leader to lead Oakleigh Community Church at a significant moment of our journey. Oakleigh is a vibrant charismatic evangelical church-plant, with a multicultural membership and a dynamic missional outlook. 
 
Oakleigh was planted over 20 years ago with a small team from St Barnabas North London, and has since grown to a vibrant community church with over 100 adults and many children and youth.
 
We are looking for someone of big faith and remarkable talent to take up the challenge of a key role, that is likely to be formative for the church for the next generation. Church of England ordination would be desirable, although either a not-yet-ordained or a title-post-curate would be considered.  We particularly welcome applications from people of the global majority. Appointments are on merit alone.

Head of Central Resources

St Barnabas is a large bible-based and spirit-led church in North London with an ongoing vision to be transformed to be like Jesus. We plant churches and partner with others to grow, teach and support empowered disciples who are changing the world. We are looking for an experienced and self-starting person for this significant role working closely with the Operations Director and Clergy. If you love planning, organising and keeping things on track, this could be for you.
The role is to lead the Operations Team to deliver the day-to-day operations of St Barnabas, thereby supporting the delivery of the church’s vision and strategy/mission action plan.

This is a permanent full-time post.
Salary range £30,000 to £32,000 p.a.
